as its new Executive Director. This announcement coincides with our
Entrepreneurial Retreat held in Rincón, Puerto Rico.
Aymet brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the non-profit
and education sectors, specializing in program development, grant
acquisition, and strategic leadership. Her previous roles include
Executive Director, VP of Operations, and COO, where she managed
substantial budgets and led significant organizational growth.
James Amps, President and Founder of the AMPS Institute, remarked,
